• Every country has different shipping cost.

• The delivery costs will be charged in the check-out page.

• Our prices are in euro (€).

• We can change the prices of the products and delivery any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appears on the website.

• The payment you have paid for an order is including the shipping costs.

     4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: 

• We ship worldwide via UPS EXPRESS. 

• We ship from Morocco.

• When we receive an order, We aim to dispatch it within a maximum of 1/2 working days. In any case of a high season-sale,  it can take longer. In this case you will be notified by email.

• As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

• The customer is responsible for any mistake on the delivery adress while placing the order.

• We are not responsible for any costs that are charged by the customs of your country.

 

    5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• We don’t accept returns. But if you return an item due to an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to change the item and send you a new one. (shipping costs will be paid by us)

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it. Return the item to us within 14 days, as long as the item is in new condition. The products has to be in the original condition, unwashed and with all the accessories.

• All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• As soon as the products reaches our store, we will send the new package.

• The customer is fully responsible for sending the product back to the right return adress. 

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes of accessories (earrings, necklaces).
