PAYMENTS

- We have different payment methods. If you have any question about a method, contact us via email to Elegancekaftan@gmail.com or whatsapp us to 0034 677248607 for more information.
- Every country has different shipping cost.
- The delivery costs will be charged in the check-out page.
- We can change the prices of the products and delivery any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appears on the website.
- The payment you have paid for an order is including the shipping costs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- We ship worldwide with the world's leading transport companies FEDEX EXPRESS / UPS / DHL.
- We ship from MOROCCO.
- - When we receive an order, We aim to dispatch it within a maximum of 1-3 working days. If you need your order urgently, we recommend you to let us know on the comment of your order. 
- In any case of a high season-sale, it can take longer. In this case you will be notified by email.
- As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the shipping company.
- You must provide us with the full information of your adress including your phone number. The customer is responsible for any mistake on the delivery adress while placing the order, we are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly delivered package in case the adress is not correct at the time of purchase.
- We ship from Morocco. For most shipments outside Morocco, customs costs are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. In most cases, it's around 6-10 euro but it can be more or less. 
NOTE: We are not responsible for any costs that are charged by the customs of your country. But case the customs cost is more than 10 euros, Kaftan Elegance will refund the difference in cost.


We also have a store in Barcelona, Spain where you can find many items that we have on our website. NOTE: NOT ALL products we sell on the website are available in store.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- We don’t accept returns. But if you return an item due to an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to change the item and send you a new one. (shipping costs will be paid by us)
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it. Return the item to us within 14 days, as long as the item is in new condition. The products has to be in the original condition, unwashed and with all the accessories. It won't be possible to complete any exchange if the package is not returned with all tickets.
- All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- As soon as the products reaches our store, we will make a control on all items and we will send the new package.
- The customer is fully responsible for sending the product back to the right return adress provided via email or whatsapp.
- The customers can send back the package via the shipping company they want.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes of accessories (earrings, necklaces).
- At Kaftan Elegance, we understand the importance of ensuring that every dress arrives on time for our clients special events. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. As soon as we receive your order, we begin the preparation process as quickly as possible. This includes material sourcing, production, and shipping logistics, allowing us to ensure the punctuality and quality that define our service.
- The customer is obliged to pick up their order when it arrives at their address. If the customer rejects the order or does not pick it up on time and return it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

1. Shipping Information

At Kaftan Elegance, we ensure that your order is processed and shipped efficiently to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

• Order Processing Time: Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. However, during peak periods, such as new collection launches or sales, shipping times may be extended due to the higher volume of orders. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality.

• Customs Tax: For most shipments outside MOROCCO, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.

• Extended Shipping Times: Please note that some items may take longer to ship due to their specific characteristics. Any such details will be clearly indicated in the product description, so you are fully informed before making your purchase.

• Shipping Location: The majority of our products are shipped directly from our atelier in Tangier, Morocco, where each item is carefully handled, packaged, and shipped with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

  • Shipping Information:

- Shipping to Morocco: Shipping is free throughout Morocco.

- Shipping within the European Union:
At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:

  1. Aramex (5–6 business days)- Standard delivery - No taxes are paid upon delivery.

2. DHL Express (1–3 business days) - Fast delivery - Taxes are paid upon delivery.

- International Shipping (outside the European Union): All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Delivery time depends on the destination.


2. Returns and Refunds

At Kaftan Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns, except in cases of error on our part or if the item is defective.

Exchanges due to Errors or Defects: If you wish to exchange an item due to a mistake on our part or if it’s defective, we will be happy to replace it and send you a new one. The shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by us.

Exchanges for Satisfaction: If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please return the item to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, ensuring it is in new, unused condition. All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and with all original accessories. Any exchange request will not be processed if the item is returned without the original tags or accessories.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product reaches our store, we will inspect it and process the exchange by sending the new item promptly.

• Return Address: The customer is responsible for sending the product back to the return address provided via email. You may use the shipping company of your choice for the return.

• Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on accessories such as earrings and necklaces.

• Order Pickup Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is picked up from the delivery address. If the customer rejects the order or does not pick it up on time, leading to the return of the package, the customer will be liable for the return shipping costs.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Order Processing: At Kaftan Elegance, we understand the importance of ensuring that every dress arrives on time for our clients’ special events. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Upon receiving your order, we immediately begin the preparation process, which includes sourcing materials, production, and organizing the logistics for shipping. This approach allows us to ensure both timely delivery and the quality that defines our service.
