Shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 pm (Spanish time) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics center in Barcelona, Spain.
We work with express carriers UPS, FedEx and DHL. Every shipment is insured, includes real-time tracking and requires a signature on delivery.
Free express shipping on orders over €100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

European Union: no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Outside the EU: local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and accessories.
Your first exchange on each order is free: we send you a prepaid return label.
Defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge.
Customized items (for example, length adjustments), jewellery and accessories cannot be exchanged.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as preparation starts immediately.

Prices and shipping costs are displayed before you pay, and the amount paid includes shipping.
