Return & Exchange Policy – Kaftan Elegance

At Kaftan Elegance, we want you to love your purchase and feel completely satisfied.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

• Exchanges & Store Credit (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request either:

• an exchange, or

• a refund in the form of store credit (gift card).

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Easy Exchanges

If needed, we can provide a prepaid return label, allowing you to simply drop the package at the post office and send it back to our Barcelona showroom, making the process effortless and convenient.

• Store Credit Refunds

If you choose a refund, it will be issued exclusively as store credit (gift card), once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase at Kaftan Elegance.

• Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a free replacement or store credit, and all shipping costs will be fully covered by Kaftan Elegance.

• Return Shipping

• For standard exchanges or store credit requests, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless a prepaid label has been provided.

• Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.

• Hygiene Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, jewelry and accessories (including earrings and necklaces) are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

• Missed Deliveries

Please ensure that your order is collected upon delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs.
