I got a message that the item i purchased was ruined and did not passed the quality test, i have asked the team that ibwant a refund as that was the most design i liked+ theres no more sizes from other designs. Later on they responded to me on WhatsApp that issue was resolved and the dress is fine! However I received the dress ruined as they informed me and nothing was resolved or cleaned as it was confirmed by the team. I texted them via WhatsApp and still no response received regarding the issue.
